Shipping

It is our commitment to our consumer to process all orders within 2 business days. Exact shipping times will depend on specific destination. International orders will take additional time.

  • Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority mail.
  • International orders ship USPS First Class International.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you your tracking information to the email provided at the  checkout.

To check the status of your shipment, please visit USPS and enter your tracking number.

 

Returns

We are glad to accept returns for a full refund provided the following criteria is met:

  • Return is made within 30 days from shipment arrival.
  • Item is in new condition with no signs of wear, washing or damage. 
  • Original tagging is still intact and attached.

If you wish to return an item please:

  • Notify us by email at info@generalneed.com of your desire to make a return.
  • Look out for our email response (within 2 business days from receipt of return request) a return shipping label will be attached.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm the product is in viable return condition a full refund will be made to the payment method used when originally purchased less the shipping expense.
